Internship offer you the opportunity to learn new skills, understand the workings of an industry, learn from co-workers, and gain valuable hands-on experience that can be hard to come by in school. Furthermore, It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Those people you’re meeting at your internship – supervisors, employees, and even other interns – are all people you’re adding to your professional network. If these relationships go well, they can lead to reference letters for jobs, graduate school, or scholarships, or even future internships or job offers. You can also use them as references to vouch for your work experience. Not to mention, these people could help you with other professional opportunities, even if it’s not where you interned — maybe even years from now. It all comes down to the Internship company you intern for majority of the internship are unpaid.

In order for the person to confirm their place in the Enveiria program, at least 50% of the outstanding balance needs to be paid within 30 days after Enveiria has received persons deposit. Any remainder is due within 21 days after Enveiria has confirmed the persons internship role. Overruling any partial payment deadline previously given, once placement is confirmed, all remaining balance becomes due within 21 days. In all cases, all program fees must be paid before the intern travels to their internship program destination. Participants who fail to meet this requirement, will be disqualified from the Enveiria program.

The program fees do not include visa fees, flights or daily food & drink.

The initial deposit is fully refundable if your child is not placed in their primary or secondary career fields. If they withdraw from the program for any other reason (besides our failure to be placed), they are not eligible for any refund. This includes, but is not limited to, medical, family, and academic reasons. Please see more details on the cancellation policy below: (a) Your initial deposit (“initial deposit”) is 1000 United States Dollars (abbreviated as USD or $) regardless of destination. The initial deposit is for the sole purpose of reserving your position in the program and covering certain related administrative expenses. Upon receiving the initial deposit, Enveiria agrees to place you in an internship by the placement deadline. (b) Upon payment of your initial deposit, you agree to fully cooperate with Enveiria in its attempts to find you a placement and agree to do so until the passing of the placement deadline. Examples of non-cooperation include, but are not limited to, not actively working with your assigned representatives from Enveiria , skipping or missing scheduled internship interviews, not engaging in internship discussions with your internship coordinator, not responding to Enveria communications in a timely manner, allowing the placement process to be delayed due to missing agreed payment due dates and unreasonably refusing internships offered to you. (c) If Enveiria is unable to place you in an internship role in your preference area before the placement deadline, you will be given the option (i) to drop out of the program and receive a refund of your initial deposit and all other program payments made by you (“full refund”), or (ii) to request that Enveiria continue the search process until you are placed; and if Enveiria is still unable to place you within the extended time, you will receive a full refund. (d) However, if you withdraw from the Program for any reason before the placement deadline other than Enveiria failure to place you by the placement deadline in your preferred career fields, or if Enveiria determines, in its sole discretion, that you did not fully cooperate in the placement process at any time before the placement deadline, Enveiria will be entitled to 100% of your initial deposit. If you withdraw from the Program for any reason after being placed with a partner organization, Enveiria will be entitled to 100% of your initial deposit and 50% of the program fee. If notice is received by us less than 21 days before the commencement date, Enveiria will be entitled to 100% of your initial deposit and 100% of the program fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing within 30 days of withdrawal.

The internships start all year round. So whether you are looking for a summer internship experience or a co-op that suits you at a better time of the year, we have a program for your personal growth experience. Enveiria accept applicants on a first come first serve basis. We recommend that you apply at least 2 months preferred start date. In high season (May, June, July and August start-dates) it is recommend applying at least 3 months before the preferred start date.

As the Enveiria experince programs are competitive, hence, there is a deadline to confirm your place. If your child’s program start date is within 3-4 months of his/her acceptance, they will have one week to confirm their place. If they forgo their acceptance, they will need to reapply.

There are many visa options for international students who are selected to take part in U.S Enveiria Expernece . The most common is the J-1 visa. You must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be enrolled as a full time student at a tertiary educational institute or have graduated within 12 months. Be studying towards/have obtained a degree. Secure a U.S internship that is related to your field of study and submit a Training Plan as completed by your Host Company in the USA. We will arrange all of this. All applicants must have sufficient return evidence in order to be approved by the US Embassy. Return evidence can be a letter from your University/College stating that you will return to resume or continue your studies after your internship in the USA. For applicants not intending to return to study, this should be a letter from an employer stating that when you return from the US there will be a job available for you. If you hold a property deed for a property this will also be accepted in some cases. Proof of funds. You must show proof that you will have access to at least $750 for every month during your internship in the USA. This can be in the form of original bank statements and/or a Guarantor’s letter. You must submit your proof of funds with your application and at your US Embassy interview. Be prepared to leave the US 30 days after completion. These days can only be used for the departure and for traveling. The estimated cost of the sponsored J-1 visa is 1,135 USD. Please note that this could vary slightly depending on your specific embassy or consulate’s fee. You will also need to purchase insurance.
